Rental Rates

Large Hall (gym):

 

*      Capacity:             

*      200 people (with a large dance floor)

*      240 people (with a small dance floor)

*      300 people (no tables/no chairs)

 

*      Rent:  $575.00 plus damage deposit of $575.00

*      Hold Deposit at Booking:  $100.00 (applied to damage deposit)

 

*      Includes:

*      Supervisor on site at all times during the function

*      Rental Time:  5:00 pm to 2:00 am

*      Use of the gymnasium and kitchen

*      Use of all tables and chairs

*      Coffee Urn – coffee extra (if required)

 

*      Extra Hours (as permitted and dependant on other bookings):

*      $25.00 per hour for set-up and decorating only

*      $80.00 per additional hour that is not for set up or decorating

 

*      Bar Service (No Bar or Alcohol served unless Monterey Park is running) includes the following fee:

*      $20.00 per hour for Bartender for functions up to 99 people

*      $25.00 per hour for 2 Bartenders for functions over 100 people

*      Includes:  ice, limes and celery

*      Alcohol charged at $4.00/per drink

*      NO outside alcohol allowed in the building or on the premises at any time

 

*      Set up:  $75.00 (flat fee) includes table and chairs only - no tablecloths or centerpieces

*      Set up/takedown/basic clean up:  $200.00 (flat fee) includes set-up and takedown of tables and chairs - renters must remove centerpieces and table coverings

*      Dish Rental:  $1.50 per person (includes:  1 dinner plate, 1 side plate, utensils, water glass and either a wine glass or a coffee cup) *saucer additional $0.25*

*      Bus Person:  $100.00 (flat fee) for the evening

Large Hall (Hourly):

 

*      Capacity:  300 people (max) **some conditions apply

*      Rent:  $80.00 per hour up to 4 hours

*      Minimum 2 hour booking

*      Not available on Friday, Saturday or Sunday

Small Hall Rental Information:

*      Capacity:  64 people (max)

 

*      Rent:  $400.00 plus damage deposit of $400.00

*      Hold Deposit at Booking:  $100.00 (applied to damage deposit)

 

*      Includes:

*      Supervisor on site at all times during the function

*      Normal Rental Time:  5:00 pm to 2:00 am

*      Use of the small hall and kitchen

*      Use of all tables and chairs

*      Coffee Urn – coffee extra (if required)

 

*      Extra Hours (as permitted and dependant on other bookings):

*      $25.00 per hour for set-up and decorating only

*      $50.00 per additional hour that is not for set up or decorating

*      Contract Rentals:  book and pay up front for 10 hours @ $40.00 hour receive 1 hour free (with contract and membership

Mezzanine:

 

*      Capacity:  30 people (max)

*      Rent:  $300.00 plus damage deposit of $300.00

*      Hold Deposit at Booking:  $100.00 (applied to damage deposit)

*      Normal Rental Time:  5:00 pm to 2:00 am

*      Use of tables and chairs
