Headaches Naturally on Wednesday, Feb 10
from 7-8:30 p.m. Seniors are always
welcome to drop in for our 50+ Coffee and
Conversation every Friday from 1:00–3:00
p.m. On Feb 5 the topic will be Making
Healthy Housing Choices for Seniors and on
Feb 26, Reflexology for Seniors' Health.

Whitehorn's outdoor
rink maintenance man is retiring. This
is Phil
Carter's last year for cleaning and
flooding the Whitehorn outdoor ice rink
- a job he's been doing for 15 years!
When I heard this I figured I should get
a few Dads together to take on this job
as a team so our kids can continue to
skate each Winter. Anyone interested in
helping can call me at 403-285-2036.
The plan is to have Phil train a couple
of us before he leaves so we can
continue with his good work. |

A $30
registration fee, a $30 toy wash fee and the first
month’s fees are required. You will also need your
child’s AHC and immunizations records.
