Karate is a traditional martial art, which emphasizes character development, self-defence, athleticism and an appreciation for the Japanese Culture. We work out in a safe environment – in a dance studio, which has a wood spring floor. This floor helps protect knees from injuries. Karate is a low key and nourishing experience. We are a satellite club of the largest nonprofit karate organization in the world. Interested individuals are encouraged to drop in a give it a try. For more information call: Shawn @ 681-2812 or check the website at www.karatecalgary.ca
