Highwood Community Association Hall Rental Rates The main hall will accommodate a maximum of 150 people. Note: There is a 3 hour minimum on hourly rentals. - Mon. to Fri. & Sun. $30.00/hr + $350.00 deposit non-members - Mon. to Fri. & Sun. $25.00/hr + $350.00 deposit members - Saturdays (12 noon start) - $375.00 + $350.00 deposit non-members - Saturdays (12 noon start) - $300.00 + $350.00 deposit members, Bereavement - The hall will be made available free of charge for a service, rental calendar permitting to those living in the boundaries of Highwood & holding a current HCA membership. Small meeting room - $ 20.00/hr + $350.00 damage deposit (seats approximately 20 people) All rental rates are G.S.T. extra Inquires welcome for long term rentals The Highwood Community Hall is located at 16 Harlow Ave. just off of Northmount Dr. NW (403-289-9329) We also have an outdoor boarded, fenced, and lit skating rink that can be used for ice skating and hockey in the winter, as well as other seasonal activities. (roller hockey, bike polo, soccer, etc) The Highwood Outdoor Pool is just across a small green space.
