Main Hall

The Main Hall is the pride and joy of the community association. With over 10,000 square feet of unrestricted floor space, the Main Hall is the largest multi-functional community hall in the City of Calgary.

It is used for banquets, weddings, community programming, as a bingo hall (Sundays & Tuesdays), as a gymnasium and for trade shows.

The Main Hall measures 148 ft by 72 ft and comes equipped with a 12 ft by 24 ft stage, rising 40” above the floor.

Corkage is MANDATORY for any event serving liquor and all weekend events. It is based on a minimum charge of 250 people. Your corkage fee will include the following: pop, juice, ice, plastic glasses, candles, paper tablecloths, bartenders and general clean up.

Thorncliffe Room

Located on the main floor of the Community Centre, the Thorncliffe Room can accommodate up to 125 people in comfort. The Room is equipped with two semi-private entrances, washrooms, bar, liquor coolers, stage and kitchen facilities.

The hall measures 52 ft by 47 ft.

Corkage is based on a minimum charge of 75 people. Your corkage fee will include the following: pop, juice, ice, plastic glasses, candles, paper tablecloths & general clean up. ***Please note that over 100 people in attendance requires 2 bartenders***

Staff on site: $12.00/hour

One of the two options must be chosen

LIQUOR

Renter supplies liquor and liquor license and offers either a no host bar or a cash bar with the renter retaining 100% of the profits.

In accordance with AGLC, when liquor is served, hot or cold food items (prepared in a licensed facility) must be offered for patron consumption.

Main Hall – Gymnasium (Sports only)

The Main Hall can be rented out for a minimum of two hour time slots (space permitting). We do not rent the gym for Floor Hockey.

Rental Fee: $50.00/hour + GST

Thorncliffe Room

This hall is great for fitness programs such as yoga, aerobics, dance, karate, etc. The room is rented out on a two hour minimum basis.

Rental Fee: $25.00/hour + GST

Greenview Room

The Greenview Room, located in the basement, is where it all began. The Community Complex that you see today was built around this hall. The hall is self contained with washrooms. It is a great space for classes such as TaeKwon Do, Karate, and Fitness

Bunwiches: $30.00 each	Tray is made up of an assortment of cold cut meats with cheese and pickles.
Sausage & Cheese: $45.00 each	Tray is made up of cheese, crackers, sausage and pickles.
Chicken Wings: $50.00 each	Tray is made up of hot, medium, or regular chicken wings.
Spinach Dip: $20.00 each	Tray is made up of a large Italian loaf with spinach dip.
Nacho Plate (large): $10.00 each	Large plate of nachos, salsa dip and sour cream.
Swedish Meatballs: $30.00 each	Large casserole of meatballs.

Fruit with Dip: $30.00 each	Tray is made up of a variety of fruit in season.

Other items from the lounge daily menu are also available. These include deep fried items such as: chicken fingers, meatballs, zucchini sticks, Chinese dumplings, pork bites, onion rings, fries, and pizzas.

All prices are subject to GST. A 15% Gratuity will be added to the total.

Forbes Innes Arena

Our regulation sized artificial ice surface is periodically available for ice rentals.

During the spring and summer months, we can accommodate ball/roller hockey, lacrosse, trade shows, and cabarets.
