Stress disrupts the fine equilibrium of all normal bodily functions, and is one of the most common health problems that people experience today. Massage therapy can help reduce the discomfort caused by painful muscular patterning due to personal and/or occupational stress. The "hands on" approach of massage therapy not only affects the body part with the problem, but it also has a direct effect on your metabolism, which in turn, improves your circulatory, muscular and nervous systems.
