Information - Have you ever looked up at the night sky and seen the milky way, a true ink black sky full of stars? In the last 30 years, very few people have seen the night sky. Unless you're over 40 years old or an astronomer, light pollution is not something most people are aware of. Light pollution has removed one of natures most impressive sites for over 2.5 million Albertans. Did you know that the Calgary Edmonton corridor is one of the most light polluted places on Earth? To escape the cities light one has to travel over 130 Kilometers, not easy to do without finding another light polluted site. Wouldn't you like to see the night sky again on a warm summer night?
Something to think about and easy to fix by a flick of a switch.
