The Parkland Hall is a wonderful place to host family birthdays, weddings or anniversaries and small business functions.

A Friday or Saturday rental includes the use of the kitchen, foyer and main room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave and coffee urn. 60” round tables, black/grey upholstered stacking chairs and 5’ long tables are included in the rental.

Rental groups are responsible for cleaning up before they leave. We ask that the building be returned in the same condition as it is received. We offer an optional clean-up service for a fee which must be arranged before the rental period.

Capacity: holds 88 for dining and beverage and up to 142 for a function with non-fixed seats such as a meeting.

Rental Rates for the Main room: $250.00 for Friday and Saturday evenings, $30 per hour Sunday (includes kitchen), $25 per hour Monday to Thursday. $50 non-refundable holding fee; $350 Damage Deposit.

Rental Rate for the meeting room: $15 per hour.

Parkland community association members receive a 20%discount.
