The Britannia Community Association’s AGM was held on March 11, 2008.

Items discussed included:

1. Development in Britannia and The Britannia Caveat – a committee has been struck to review certain aspects of the caveat.

2. Proposed condominium development along north side 50^th Avenue (east of Elbow Drive) and application for rezoning from R1 to RM5. A representative from AltaLink, who owns the land under the power lines, provided an update and outlined a process for community consultations that will take place.

3. Crime in Britannia – Constable Graeme Smiley.

4. Questions and Answers with Alderman Brian Pincott.

5. Committee reports and election of board of directors.
