PBP Preschool is a co-operative
preschool that has been
operating since 1975. We are a
community based, parent run
preschool with one full-time
head teacher and a full-time
assistant teacher. In our
“Learn through Play” philosophy,
the children’s physical,
emotional, intellectual and
social skills are developed
through personal discovery
during play. Our caring and
creative environment allows
young children to make new
friends, explore their world
through play, and learn
important social skills such as
cooperation and sharing. All
classes for 3-5 year olds
include a Kindermusik ® weekly
music program. Additionally,
both the 4 year old program
(A.M.) and Key Skills for
Kindergarten program (P.M.)
prepare children for
Kindergarten. Lastly we offer a
parented program for children
from 1.5 – 3 years old. The
level of volunteer involvement
in the school is voluntary.
